This gathering meets on the second Wednesday of each month from 6:30–7:30 p.m. EST, offering a consistent opportunity to pause, connect, share in meaningful dialogue and a collected sense of humanity.
Each month, we explore a unique theme that invites deeper reflection, shared wisdom, and heartfelt conversation. Together, we strengthen human connection, expand our sense of belonging, and cast a wider net of healing — reaching across the country and around the world. Through gentle dialogue and collective presence, we create space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what it means to be whole — both individually and together.
This sacred hour invites all who feel the quiet pull toward connection — healers and helpers, seekers and creatives, those grounded in practice and those simply curious about the journey within. Alexia Levin-Liberator is a licensed clinical social worker, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapist, and founder of Healthy Healing & Wellness. Guided by a holistic and integrative approach, Alexia blends science and spirit, eastern and western philosophies, and grounding with mysticism to support the fullness of human healing.
