“HHW has helped me develop individualized coping skills for when my anxiety is triggered. She reassures me that not only am I heard, but more importantly I feel heard. My journey has been a long time coming and I'm finally at a place in my life where I feel like I can open up and not be judged. My family and I have truly benefited from our sessions.”

Alexia consistently goes above and beyond, offering programs that encourage my child to step out of their comfort zone—opportunities my child has thoroughly enjoyed. She is always ready with helpful resources and recommendations, and even when my own health or schedule makes things challenging, Alexia finds ways to support us, which I truly appreciate.
