Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

This approach is rooted in meditative practice to promote cognitive awareness between one’s thoughts, feelings, and actions. There is value in understanding the connection between emotions and behaviors, aiding in developing a more balanced perspective, response, and deeper understanding of one’s sense of self. Hear what people have to say

"Alexia consistently goes above and beyond, offering programs that encourage my child to step out of their comfort zone—opportunities my child has thoroughly enjoyed. She is always ready with helpful resources and recommendations, and even when my own health or schedule makes things challenging, Alexia finds ways to support us, which I truly appreciate."
