Guided Meditation
Guided meditation is a form of meditation where an individual is led through the practice by a guide— because the mind has a tendency to wander, many find it beneficial to focus and relax when our minds aren’t left entirely to our own devices. Guided meditation practices may include visualization, body scans, or progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) techniques. Guided meditation supports stress relief, sleep, mindfulness and awareness, and therapeutic healing.
